Michelle Mackenzie

Michelle Mackenzie has been the chief executive of not-for-profit community-based organisation Shelter WA since February 2018, having been appointed the manager of strategy and policy in August 2016.

Ms Mackenzie is a MA qualified executive and director with over 15 years of experience in local and state government, as well as the not-for-profit and resources sector. She has led multi-agency engagement processes and managed government and community relationships. She has also negotiated strategic partnerships along with the planning, delivery and evaluation of community services.
