Michelle Emmett is a research development adviser at The University of Western Australia where she provides strategic advice to researchers on issues related to external funding. This work complements her previous career in international development, where she designed and managed grants in the areas of civil society and crisis response in the former Soviet Union and Southeast Asia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Master of Arts in International Training and Education.
