Dr Michelle Deaker is a successful entrepreneur and business executive with over 18 years of experience in information technology enterprise businesses targeting finance, retail, media, security and education.
She is the founder, managing director and chief executive of OneVentures. She is also a member of the investment committee and manages the supervisory board of OneVentures Funds.
Dr Deaker has served on the boards of major listed and unlisted companies across media and information technologies in Australia and North America. She moved into venture capital post the successful exit of the e-commerce technology company she founded in 1998, E Com Industries (www.giftvouchers.com). At exit, E Com managed $700 million in Australian retail liability.
