Michelle De Ronchi spent over 15 years in senior health care executive management roles specialising in the home, community and aged care sectors. She is a Registered Nurse and has particular interest in quality management and best possible care outcomes for older people.
Ms De Ronchi has been the chief executive of Rosewood Care Group since August 2022. Prior to that, she was the chief operating officer of Southern Cross Care; and the chief executive of Oryx Communities, Enrich Living Services and St Ives Home Care.
Ms De Ronchi was vice president for peak national body Leading Aged Services Australia WA and a Federal LASA board director.
