Michael Watts is Managing Director and Founder of ToBe Advisory, and is also Chairperson of The Recovery College of Western Australia. His skillset includes strategy, finance, technology, transformation and governance; complemented by experience across the corporate, small-medium enterprise, public and not-for-profit sectors. Michael has held numerous management consulting roles in addition to 15 years in commercial and technology leadership roles with Wesfarmers, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
