The takeover tussle for Incremental Petroleum Ltd could be extended after the corporate watchdog asked bidder Cooper Energy Ltd to extend its deadline that it thought was final.
South Perth-based oil and gas producer Cooper Energy Ltd has acquired a 6.6 per cent stake in Sydney-based oil and gas company Mosaic Oil NL for $5.1 million, the company announced today.
