Mia Mends

Ms Mends is an experienced executive with over 20 years experience working in marketing and employee benefits. She is currently Chief Administrative Officer in North America of Sodexo where she is responsible for driving regional initiatives in support of global growth goals. She previously held a number of executive roles with Sodexo Benefits & Rewards, including as CEO of Inspirus. She has also served in executive roles at Noventis (formerly PreCash) and United Airlines Loyalty Services. She co-founded the organization Seven Sisters to Sisters and serves on the boards of Girls Inc. and EMERGE.
