Melissa Collins has a thorough understanding of local, state and federal government, and the not-for-profit sector, and is well versed with public sector recruitment processes and guidelines. She is also responsible for project managing the delivery of senior executive search and selection projects at Oceans Group. During her career, Ms Collins has consulted to various organisations on best practice recruitment processes, models and solutions. She has been responsible for team and segment leadership and has also worked for a global Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Managed Service Provider in a senior leadership capacity.
