Megan Enders joined Fogarty Foundation as a founding director of the Fogarty EDvance program from 2011 to 2014. She then became a trustee in June 2018 before transitioning to an executive role as chief executive in February 2022.
Ms Enders has expertise in the area of organisational leadership and change management in the ‘for profit’, ‘for purpose’, community and aged care sectors.
Earlier in her career, Ms Enders was a senior policy advisor in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and to a former Federal Government Minister. She had also held senior executive roles at Rio Tinto and Western Power.
