Mr Swana is CEO of Prop5 Corporation (Pty) Limited. He has experience in implementing large-scale projects across Africa, including managing the Cape Town 2004 Olympic Bid Facilities. An architect by training, he is also a entrepreneur, having founded Plan Architects Inc. in 1986 and project and construction management firm Swana Management Services in 1990. He is currently focusing on developing Prop5's Africa-wide strategy for the development of infrastructure. He is chairman of Governance, Ethics, Transformation, Social and Compensation Committee and a member of Risk & IT Committee.
