Matthew McNeilly

Managing Director / Sirona Urban

Matthew McNeilly co-founded property developer Sirona Urban in 2010.

Mr McNeilly is best known for his team’s urban regeneration projects in Fremantle including the Kings Square (Walyalup Koort) development, a partnership with the City of Fremantle comprising new State Government offices for the Department of Communities, the FOMO retail and entertainment precinct and Walyalup Civic Centre.

Mr McNeilly previously established the Perth office of investment house Grant Samuel, where he led its corporate advisory and real estate funds management businesses.

Mr McNeilly is a former Chair of Council at Christchurch Grammar School.
