Matthew Hall has extensive and diverse global corporate finance experience - specialising in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, valuations, business management, improvement, strategy, equity capital markets and debt advisory - predominantly within the resources sector. He also held a variety of advisory and consultancy roles with large corporates, as well as SMEs and startups; and advised clients with businesses and projects located throughout Australia, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
Prior to becoming the executive director of corporate finance at PKF Perth in November 2022, Mr Hall was a corporate finance director at DJ Carmichael and had worked with KPMG in Perth, London and Singapore where he had a strong focus on the global metals and mining sector. Mr Hall also co-founded Eden Partners, a specialist funds management and corporate advisory firm.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Global Economics and Finance (with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics (Honours) from Curtin University of Technology, and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting (Deakin University).
