Matthew Allen

Matthew Allen has over 20 years of experience in the management of listed corporations including corporate governance processes in public practice, aviation, and the oil & gas industry.

Mr Allen co-founded and was appointed managing director of subsea stabilisation, marine grouting and artificial reef supply business Subcon in 2011. From 2009-2012, he was installation manager at Woodside, and before that a senior project engineer at Clough.
