Martin Wood

Martin Wood is the founder and managing director of Vicarage Capital, a London-based full-service brokerage house focused on the resources sector. He is a specialist in debt and equity arranging as well as IPO advice. Mr Wood has a long career in advising mid-cap UK corporate companies on project finance negotiation, M&A execution, asset disposal and strategic advice. He had worked at Standard Bank London in deal origination and execution, and at NM Rothschild & Sons in the structured banking division.
