Martin Mileham has more than 35 years of experience in the private and public sector. Prior to working at the City of Perth from 2015-2018, he was executive director of strategy, policy and projects at the state Department of Planning; and vice president of operations at a large multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Dubai and headquartered in Toronto, during a period where the company provided architectural services for construction and delivery of the world's tallest building.
