Mark Summerhayes

Mr Summerhayes spent seven years at Bain & Company advising corporates on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and operational improvement projects. He led assignments for European players in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods ('FMCG'), financial services, telecoms healthcare and industrial sectors. In 1996 he co-founded SB Capital Partners, a private equity partnership, which was backed by Bain Capital. He assisted a Norwegian family for its own portfolio of private equity investments. He is Chairman of the Board at Coverforce and a Director of Ausreo, Instant Access, InteriorCo and ONCALL.
