Mark Lewis was the Liberal Party Member of the Legislative Council for Mining and Pastoral Region from 2013 to 2017, and former Minister for Agriculture and Food in Western Australia.
Mr Lewis is a director on the federal Regional Investment Corporation (charged to deliver a $6bn concessional loan facility), the Climate Change Authority (which advises federal Ministers and government on related matters), and a number of public and private companies.
He has a lifetime of involvement in agriculture and rural communities, and years of engagement in water resource development.
Mr Lewis holds a Master of Applied Science, an Advanced Diploma in Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Management. His undergraduate studies were in the field of Animal Health.
