Mark Edwards is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in managing professional and non-professional finance staff; and all aspects of audit, financial reporting, analysis, internal control, financial leadership and management, corporate governance, investor relations and corporate transactions.
He also has experience in the retail, manufacturing, automotive, import and distribution sectors.
Mr Edwards spent 8 years as chief financial officer and company secretary of ASX-listed companies involved in multiple capital raisings, overseas expansion, business acquisition, business transformation and sales growth.
He was the chief financial officer and company secretary of Medical Developments International from June 2014 to November 2022 when he became chief financial officer and company secretary of INOVIQ.
