Mark Davies

General Manager, Paulsens Gold Operation / Black Cat Syndicate

Mark Davies has held a number of operational, technical and management positions at several ASX-listed companies during his 20-year plus career within the resources industry. He has significant experience as a general manager and underground manager including several roles managing high-grade, narrow-vein underground gold operations in Western Australia.

Mr Davies has been involved in starting and operating mines safely and reliably, and in building strong teams and positive workplace cultures.

He holds a First Class Mine Managers Qualification and a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Honours) from the Camborne School of Mines.
