Mark Crees

President / Shire of Westonia

Mark Crees has been the shire president of Westonia since being elected in 2022, following the resignation of Karin Day.

Mr Crees is a local farmer in the Burracoppin-Westonia area and was re-elected as a councillor in the September 2025 local government elections, securing a term which expires in 2029.

He specialises in regional development, community advocacy and agricultural infrastructure.
