Mark Chamberlain is a qualified accountant and lawyer with over 30 years of experience covering a broad range of financial disciplines within the resources industry.
He has been the chief financial officer of New Century Resources since June 2019.
Mr Chamberlain has developed and led finance, accounting and treasury divisions at successful Australian mining companies including OceanaGold, Newcrest Mining and WMC Resources where he managed all aspects of funding – corporate, project and structured, financial and commodity price risk management, corporate reporting, financial modelling & planning, taxation, cash & working capital management, and M&A transactions.
