Mark Bolton has over 30 years of commercial and financial experience within resource investment, banking and public accounting practices. He also has extensive experience in capital and equity markets in a number of jurisdictions including TSX, ASX and AIM.
Mr Botlon was chief financial officer and company secretary for a number of international resource companies since 2003 and prior to joining Oilex in June 2016, he worked with Ernst & Young as an executive director in corporate finance.
