Lynette Dias

Lynette Dias has been appointed a magistrate of the Magistrates Court of Western Australia in August 2019.

Ms Dias was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 1997 and has appeared as counsel in a range of factually & legally complex litigation in a variety of jurisdictions, including the Magistrates Court. She has worked in a number of roles at the State Solicitor's Office, Legal Aid WA, WA Police, and with the Northern Territory Department of Justice.
