Luke Saraceni has worked at an executive level in the Western Australian property industry for 35 years. In 1993, he established Saracen Properties and has since developed in excess of $1.5bn of commercial, retail and industrial projects. One of Perth’s highest profile developers, Mr Saraceni’s empire fell into disarray when the $500 million Raine Square project was placed into the hands of administrators early in 2011. Mr Saraceni is seeking to rebuild his portfolio through his joint venture with Sirona Capital, Westbridge Property Group.
