Luke Cousins

Luke Cousins has led his family-owned construction company Pilecom to become an industry leader in solar farm development.

Beginning in 2011 in equipment supply, Pilecom has evolved into a full-service contractor specialising in mechanical installation of solar farms.

Mr Cousins has led this shift, steering the company through significant growth, with a workforce expansion to more than 150 staff.
