Luisa Ingargiola

Luisa Ingargiola has extensive experience in the life and health insurance sector. She also has a broad set of capital market skills and experience ranging from public company finance, compliance, capital markets
oversight, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs.

Mrs Ingargiola is the chief financial officer of a NASDAQ biotech firm and audit chair of several public companies. She has served multiple public companies in various officer and director roles, and has guided the uplist or IPO of several companies to NASDAQ or the NYSE.

She graduated from Boston University Questrom School of Business with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and an MBA in Health Administration from the University of South Florida.
