Lorrae Loud has been the chief executive of Lamp Incorporated since November 2020. Lamp is a community-based NGO providing psychosocial support services to consumers and families across the South West region of Western Australia.

She has been a member of the Mental Health Tribunal for over twelve years.

Ms Loud is a graduate of Murdoch University with degrees in Sociology, Adult Education and Policy.
