Lisa Scaffidi

Lisa Scaffidi was the first female lord mayor of the City of Perth. She was first elected to the position in 2007, having already served two terms as a councillor. Ms Scaffidi was also a former state director of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia. She was educated at Churchlands Primary School and Methodist Ladies' College, after which she graduated as a dental therapist from the WA Institute of Technology (now Curtin University).
