Elizabeth McLean is a senior specialist employment lawyer. She represents clients in state and federal industrial courts and tribunals, and provides advice in respect of all matters across employment law, industrial relations, human resources and occupational health and safety.
For the first 8 years of her career, Ms McLean worked in Squire Patton Boggs' employment law practice, where she was promoted to senior associate. In 2016, she took a senior management position running the legal and workplace relations department of the Australian Hotels Association WA. She also provided commercial advice to the association as its general counsel.
Ms McLean joined Pragma Legal as a special counsel in December 2019 and was promoted to director in March 2021.
Ms Mclean has also been included in Doyle's Guide as a Leading Employment Lawyer Rankings for 2023. She was named a recommended Employment Lawyer in the Employer Representation category, in recognition of her expertise within the areas of employment and industrial relations matters in the WA legal market.
