Liang Li

Liang Li has extensive experience in business management, geological exploration work, project management, project due diligence and M&A, equity and debt financing for listed companies.

He also had an active role in financing, managing and developing exploration opportunities for listed companies in a wide range of mining projects worldwide.

Mr Li worked at Rio Tinto Group’s office in China as a business development specialist where he was responsible for Rio Tinto Group’s business development in China. He has also been engaged as a consultant to provide services to Australian and Canadian mining companies on exploration work and fundraising.

Mr Li holds a Bachelors degree in Geological Exploration and an MBA.
