Lenka Psar-McCabe is an experienced senior executive within the health and business sectors, and a non-executive director of community & disability organisations.
Ms Psar-McCabe has significant experience in leadership, business strategy for growth, governance and facilitation; a passion for community service and community engagement; and a keen interest in community engagement, advocacy and community education. She is particularly interested in helping community members, including those in aged care and people with a disability, to plan for the next stage of life.
Ms Psar-McCabe has been the chief executive of Palliative Care WA since May 2023. Prior to that, she was the chief executive of Perth Radiological Clinic where she saw it grow from $10 million to $100 million turnover during her 27.5-year tenure.
