Leigh Warnick

Leigh Warnick is the senior advisory panel at Micro Advisors. Mr Warnick is an experienced corporate, commercial and resources lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. He acted for Woodside in its response to a takeover bid by Shell, and for BHP Billiton on its proposed iron ore production joint venture with Rio Tinto.
