Lauren Haygarth

Lauren Haygarth became special counsel of Hall & Wilcox in July 2019, having joined the company in September 2017 as senior associate.
Ms Haygarth has extensive experience representing employers, insurers and self-insured entities in the management and defence of workers’ compensation claims. Her expertise includes advising on complex matters including psychiatric and multiple injury claims. Ms Haygarth regularly appears at WorkCover, at arbitration, in the District Court in common law workers’ compensation claims, and has assisted counsel at trial. She also has experience in motor vehicle accident claims and regularly appears in the District Court of Western Australia.
