Lauren Gonzalez began her career as a physiotherapist in the public health sector before joining Aveling, her family’s business, in 2006. She has since gained a broad range of experience across the organisation and worked up to the role of managing director. Ms Gonzalez's portfolio focuses on leading Aveling’s future development, including responsibility for HR, Quality Assurance and Strategic Planning.
