Mr Nguyen is a professional petroleum geologist and engineer with over 25 years' experience in petroleum exploration, development and production in Australia and internationally including 15 years at Mosaic Oil NL, transforming Mosaic to a successful company as Managing Director with growing production revenues, petroleum reserves/resources and profitability. Lan is credited with the discovery and development of many oil and gas fields in the Surat-Bowen Basins through his innovative introduction of various exploration, drilling and completion technologies to Australia.
