Lachlan McIntosh specialises in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Mr McIntosh has substantial experience in mining services, real estate and retirement accommodation industries. Mr McIntosh was a long-term director of mining firm Industrea, from May 2004 to December 2012. He is director of ASX listed Eureka Group Holdings and senior managing director of New York Stock Exchange listed FTI Consulting Inc.
