Kyle Jeavons is a director at Hesperia. He has over 20 years of experience in development and capital transactions, covering all aspects of the development process. Mr Jeavons oversees residential, heritage, commercial and medical built form projects through acquisition and structuring, concept, construction and delivery. In his role, he has led the successful bids for major projects such as Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, and Victoria House at Montario Quarter, Shenton Park.
Mr Jeavons has held senior management roles at Mirvac Group and Fini Group. As development director at Fini Group, he was responsible for the highly successful redevelopment of the Heritage-listed State Buildings and COMO The Treasury in Perth’s CBD.
Mr Jeavons has a passion for arts and culture, and for eight years has been on the board of ARTRAGE, a not-for-profit organisation that operates Fringe World. In 2022, he was appointed chair of ARTRAGE.
