Ky Cao

Ky Cao is the former managing director of Perth Energy, a company he founded. He has substantial experience in the WA energy industry, having been business marketing and energy trading manager at Western Power Corporation, the previous State owned integrated utility, in the 1990s. He set up and chaired the Independent Power Advisory Group, which consisted of major energy companies with interests in WA, to provide the WA Government with industry input for the reform programs throughout 2001 to 2005. He was a director of Centium Electric (formerly FTD Corporation) since December 2011. Mr Cao holds an Honours and Master of Economics from the University of WA.
