Krystal Skinner joined Horizon Power in February 2020 as general manager of customer experience. Prior to that, she spent over 12 years with Synergy where she worked across the business in a variety of roles including innovation and growth (new energy), marketing, products and markets. Ms Skinner has also worked across regional WA as marketing manager of the Macquarie CountryWide Trust.
