Kim Horne
Non-Executive Director, Deputy Chair since 2019 / Fremantle Ports
Kim Horne AM has extensive executive experience with Alcoa where he was involved in mine development and management, human resources, corporate affairs, strategy and government relations. He was executive director of Alcoa Australia and president of Alcoa’s Global Mining Centre.
Mr Horne was deputy chair of Synergy (the State electricity generator and retailer in Western Australia) for 7 of his 9-year tenure on the board. He is a life member of the Chamber of Minerals and Energy.
In 2014, Mr Horne was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for his services to the mining industry.
