Kiat Poh has over 30 years of experience at senior management level in the construction, real estate development, manufacturing industries and financial markets sectors.

He also held senior positions in corporate finance and mezzanine capital investment companies in Malaysia, specialising in investments as well as mergers & acquisitions.

Mr Poh was the managing director of a Singapore Exchange listed company, and managing a Singapore-based investment advisory company that focuses on participating in strategic stakes in listed companies.
