Kelli Porter is an experienced senior executive with a diverse background across the not-for-profit, government and private health sectors in Western Australia. She has a strong strategic focus on Australian health care and health workforce, with a commitment to delivering health workforce solutions for rural communities.

Ms Porter has been the deputy chief executive of Rural Health West, an independent non-government organisation dedicated to improving access to health care for people in rural and remote regions of Western Australia. She joined the organisation as general manager of workforce in September 2009 before becoming deputy CEO in August 2021.
