Kate Hill has over 20 years of experience as an audit partner with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, working with ASX-listed and privately-owned clients. She has worked in regulated environments including assisting with Initial Public Offerings, capital raising and general compliance, as well as operating in an audit environment.
Ms Hill also held a variety of leadership and executive roles in Deloitte and served for a period on the board of partners of the Australian firm.
She is an experienced non-executive director of ASX-listed companies and has particular expertise at board level within technology companies, the biotech and medical devices sectors, and with companies listed on Nasdaq (US) and AIM (UK).
Ms Hill holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bristol, UK. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
