Kassie Comley

Kassie Comley is an associate in Bennett + Co’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution section.

She has experience across a variety of Federal and Western Australian first instance and appellate jurisdictions, including as instructing solicitor in an appeal to the High Court of Australia in a high profile corporate insolvency dispute involving an ASX-listed client.

Although her practice is primarily related to litigation and dispute resolution, since mid-2018 Ms Comley has also undertaken work with the firm’s intellectual property section.
