Karl Schlobohm is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience across a variety of industries including roles with ASX, LSE, AIM and TSX-listed companies.
He has acted as a director, company secretary and chief financial officer for several public-listed companies within the resources industry for over 20 years. Mr Schlobohm has a keen interest in corporate governance, ethics, sustainability, stakeholder communications and investor relations.
He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
