Kareena Waters has over 20 years of experience as a training manager in blue-collar sectors, with ten years spent focusing on the high compliance requirements within the resource, mining, oil and gas sectors.

Ms Waters has built and managed training and other traditional business from the ground up. She is the founder, lead product developer and managing director of Industry OneCARD, which provides turnkey training licensing and vaccination records management and solutions for companies of all sizes.
