Justin Carroll has over 30 years of experience gained in PwC’s Perth, Sydney, Singapore and London offices. He completed a five-year term as the managing partner of PwC’s Perth office. He has been a partner since July 2004 and is a member of PwC's Australian and Asia Pacific Governance Boards, becoming interim chair of its national board in May 2023.
Mr Carroll specialises in providing enterprise-wide assurance and business advisory services to companies in the resources, entertainment and leisure, financial services and government sectors. He provides specialist advice in the areas of International Financial Reporting Standards, corporate governance and regulatory compliance to Australian companies (public and private), multinational corporations and government entities. Mr Carroll has significant international experience having worked in London, Singapore and on assignments throughout Europe.
