Ms Tay is currently a director of Sonova, a global hearing care solutions company, headquartered in Switzerland and listed on the Swiss stock exchange. She has over 30 years of experience in international executive and non-executive roles across consumer healthcare, medical devices, and digital healthcare. Julie was most recently Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific, and member of the global Executive Management Committee for Align Technology. Prior to this time, she was regional head of Bayer Healthcare (Diabetes Care) in Asia Pacific and previously held senior executive roles in Asia at Johnson Diversey and Johnson and Johnson.
