Prior to becoming executive director and managing director of CSR in September 2019, Julie Coates was the managing director of Goodman Fielder Australia, managing director of Big W for five years, and chief logistics officer & human resources director of Woolworths. Ms Coates also held executive roles at David Jones and Coles Myer.
Ms Coates has retail relationships and experience in managing large scale workforces and complex logistics operations across many sites over the past 25 years.
