Joseph Doleschal-Ridnell is an experienced energy and resources professional with a background in policy and corporate affairs, and in law and science.

He has experience in the private sector, government, and business associations; and has worked across government relations, communications, policy development & lobbying, trade & investment, and business development.

Mr Doleschal-Ridnell had worked at Chevron Australia, uranium explorer Marathon Resources, Chamber of Minerals and Energy WA, and was national policy manager of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He moved to London in September 2017 and was a director at the Office of the Agent General Western Australia before returning to Perth in May 2021 and establishing energy and resources consultancy JDR Advisers.
